- Account → Customer Service.
- Choose live chat or ticket.
- Describe the issue and attach screenshots.
What to Send

Fake Khelv Customer Care Numbers
Real Khelv support is in the app. Nobody genuine asks for OTP, UPI PIN or a “fee”.

Writing a Good Support Message
Example: “UID 123456. Deposited ₹500 at 8:42 pm via UPI, UTR 3021…, not credited. Screenshot attached.” Short, complete messages get the fastest answers.
Escalating an Issue
If a ticket stays open for over 48 hours, add a polite follow-up to the same ticket with any new information. Opening many tickets slows things down.
